What kind of working out environment are you most comfortable in? Do you like to receive full attention, or will having a familiar face present work best for you? Maybe you like the INNERG (energy) you get from exercising in a crowd. Whatever your preference I will definitely work with you to accomodate your needs.

           ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Why do most people fail at starting a workout plan or sticking to a healthy nutritional plan? They try at it alone without the knowledge and accountability we all need to succeed. I will give you that knowledge and I will hold you accountable; motivating you all the way. I will design a program just for you, teach you proper form to prevent injury, and get you in the right mindset to succeed in reaching your goals.

           
           Co-Op TRAINING

Who better to hold you accountable for reaching your goals besides your personal trainer than a friend, family member, or significant other. Having a 3rd party present during a session with similiar goals as your own can help motivate you as well as increase the fun. Not only will you have me to help keep tabs on you but a partner with mutual goals can help you both stay on track even when I'm not around.

           GROUP TRAINING

One on one training isn't for everyone so training in a group setting may be the alternative you need. In a group you receive motivation not only from your trainer but from your peers. My boot camp sessions are fun and full of energy but it is a workout not a dance class.

I know a group will have various fitness levels. I teach you to adjust and adapt to still get the most out of your workout. We all start together and we all finish together!
